These terms apply to all orders placed through signmaker.cy/, operated by Robert Deppner, Paphos, Cyprus.
A contract is formed when we confirm your order via email. Product images are illustrations; minor deviations in color or finish may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.
All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Payment methods: credit card (Stripe), PayPal, bank transfer. Payment is due upon order confirmation.
Standard delivery: 10–14 business days after design approval. Shipping costs vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
Custom neon signs and personalized products are made to order and cannot be returned unless defective. Design approval is required before production begins.
We provide a 2-year warranty on all LED neon signs covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or external factors.
Our liability is limited to the order value. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Place of jurisdiction is Paphos, Cyprus.
