You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

The right of cancellation does not apply to custom-made or personalized products (e.g., custom neon signs with your text or logo).
If you cancel, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your cancellation. You must return the goods without undue delay. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
